All events must be approved by the board of directors and demonstrate that they can be run in a way that follows Juneau Makerspace safety guidelines. We will be open only to events where attendees sign up ahead of time (no walk-ins), and anyone running an event must give an estimate of the number of attendees. For the time being, events will be limited to a maximum of 30 people, and organizers will collect contact information for attendees for contact tracing purposes, if needed.
The price of renting the main hall in the Makerspace has not changed: $20/hour for up to 6 hours or $150 for a full day. Members receive a 20% discount on space rentals.
