We’ve been filling the schedule with fun and exciting events at the Makerspace. We are open and free to the public every Monday night from 6 to 8 pm. We’ll have an event or class for anyone interested, or work on a project of your own. Here’s our schedule for upcoming Monday Open Studio Nights.
2/20/17- Bird Feeder Crafting. Learn how to make an simple bird feeder as we prepare for spring.
2/27/17- 3D Printing Class. Learn to 3D Print. One of our most popular events.
3/6/17- Professional Decorative Wood Sign Making. Adapted from a project done at the Makerspace, we will teach you how to make a beautiful wooden sign for any purpose.
3/13/17- Foam Weapon Smithing. We will teach you how to make a duct tape and foam sword to challenge your friends. Please RSVP for this event.
3/20/17- Harry Potter Wand Crafting. Back by popular demand, come make a wand to rival even those of Ollivanders.
We have a couple of other upcoming events too. Wednesday, 2/22/17 we are holding a card making class. Tuesday, 2/21/17 is our monthly board meeting.
